The goal of the European Digital Innovation Hubs is to provide businesses and public institutions with low-threshold access to services that drive digital transformation and support innovation projects. At the European Digital Innovation Hub, we offer service packages worth up to €60,000 (price list). To be eligible, companies must comply with the regulation on minor state aid, which must not exceed €300,000 within a three-year period (De Minimis threshold), and have fewer than 3,000 employees..
How you can take advantage of this offer – a brief explanation:
Simply schedule an initial consultation through our form. In this non-binding conversation, you will get to know the EDIH’s offerings and discuss your challenges in digital transformation with our experts. Together, we will determine whether your company is eligible for an EDIH service (up to 100% free of charge) and identify the best solution for your specific needs. Depending on your inquiry, our partners can support you with services worth up to € 45,000 (see offers). This way, we can optimally support you on your path to digitalization!
Sounds like a funding application, but it’s not! The internal application form helps us document your challenges and requirements, as well as the potential solution and the corresponding EDIH offering. In addition to content-related information, we also record organizational details: To receive an EDIH service, your company must not have exceeded the De Minimis threshold (more than €300,000 in funding over the past three years) or have more than 3,000 employees. These restrictions do not apply to public institutions. After a brief review of the application (approximately one week or as agreed), we can move forward right away.
Before starting your innovation project with our partners, there is a short survey. The Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) by the European Commission provides you with an initial, free analysis of your company’s digital maturity level. The DMA includes questions about your company’s digitalization strategy, use of automation and AI, readiness for digital transformation, and data management practices. The assessment is conducted two more times (one and two years after working with the EDIH) to analyze your company’s progress in digitalization.
After the onboarding with our partners, your EDIH project can start right away. Whether it’s a workshop tailored to your company, a crowdsourcing or crowdfunding campaign, or the development of a prototype – you don’t have to wait for a funding decision! At EDIH, we can support you with up to 100% free services. To inspire other companies, completed projects will be published as success stories (upon agreement).
